• The machine is based on truly endless timing belt – no maintenance, no vibration/noise and contemporary European design holders with machined aluminum links.
• Machine will be capable of high-speed sealing of lami/plastic tubes upto 55mm in diameter and metal/AL tube up to 45mm.
• Dry vacuum pump for tube in feed of Orion make Japan. Vertical piston cylinder for accurate filling.
• Imported eye mark registration unit. Reverse rotation for accurate stop.
• All cyclic operations controlled by electric SSR in contrast to traditional relays for consistent operation and long life
• Allen bradley make PLC, All pneumatic of Festo, Electrical of Siemens and all sensors of best of European brand.
• Ultrasonic level sensor for hopper level control.
• The changeover from lami to Aluminum will be from HMI and require no intervention.
