• Available in standard cGMP and customized models with SS 304/316/316L contact parts.
• Pre rinse with WFI (water for injection) ow PW (purified water) which is performed to wet the interior surface of the tank and remove residue. It also a non-chemical pressure test of the CIP flow path.
• Caustic solution single pass flush through the vessel to drain.
• Caustic solution recirculation through the vessel.
• Intermediate WFI or PW rinse.
• Detergent solution wash can be used to remove oily & viscous residues.
• Modern PLC with manual operating system.
• Available in capacities ranging from 50 liters to 2,000 liters as per client’s requirements.
