• Electric heated vessel mounted on same skid to generate steam for utility as well as SIP.
• Input raw water and generate steam using highly efficient electric heaters to circulate into jacket to prepare batch.
• For sterile cleaning (SIP), input water for injection/pure water into tank and generate steam to facilitate SIP into the mixer.
• Same skid mount allows less piping and easy drain ability.
• CIP can also be integrated within same tank with integration of pump and other instruments.
